Lemon – The citrusy smell from a sliced lemon has shown to help reduce nausea in pregnant women. If you are away from home and cannot find fresh lemons, then you can use lemon essential oil to do the same job.   • Cumin extract – This may help in reducing nausea, constipation, diarrhea, and even abdominal pain.

Relaxing your muscles – Studies have shown that relaxing your muscles can help reduce nausea. There is one such technique known as progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) that helps people in reducing nausea. These techniques require people to relax and tense their muscles in a consecutive sequence in a certain manner to achieve mental and physical relaxation.

Vitamin B6 supplement – Doctors are frequently recommending vitamin B6 supplements to pregnant women so as to avoid nausea. Several researchers have found that supplements of vitamin B6 can easily reduce nausea during pregnancy. However, it is advisable to take any supplement only after consulting a doctor.
